Shipping policy

Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Converted printers processing is 2-3 weeks dated 10/7/2021.

Processing times are in ADDITION to the shipping speed you choose during your order. (2 days of processing + 3 day shipping = 5 days)Holidays and weekends will alter some delivery/processing timeframes. Please be away that during peak holiday periods, this timeframe may be extended.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All orders are charged based on weight and size of the item and charges are exact from us to you. Orders over $50 qualify for free economy shipping. Standard shipping will vary. If you need a certain carrier, please choose the paid option as we cannot guarantee any delivery carrier when you choose the free shipping option.Otherwise we will ship using whatever shipment option you chose at checkout unless size/weight restrictions apply.

International Shipping

At this time we do not ship internationally.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bre@custombreations.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We will ship to PO Boxes but only using non-express USPS methods ONLY

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Returns are not accepted. Please make sure you order the correct size, and verify that your image is correct before uploading for transfers.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at bre@custombreations.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

No cancellations are accepted beyond 24 hours after purchase. If a cancellation is requested prior to the 24 hours, there is a 15% cancellation fee. Anything requested after 24 hours is subject to a 20% cancellation fee if approved.
